Scott has over 20 years of specialist Change and IT consultancy and resourcing experience, specifically in the Financial Services sector. He moved into Change Resourcing in 2002, becoming the youngest appointed Director of a major UK PLC.
Prior to this, Scott spent 10 years as a Management Consultant, first at the Ministry of Defence and then within the Financial Services industry.
James' 30 year bp career focused on operations and projects in UK, USA, Azerbaijan, Iraq, China, India and Spain. He deployed Project and Operations Management systems, capital spending and change management control processes in multi-billion-dollar asset operations.
James followed his Chemical Engineering PhD with 4 years of Operations and Engineering Academies (BP MBA-equivalent) at MIT and Manchester University.
